Renee Hassle


Renee assists in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities throughout Carpe Diem West. As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, she provides critical support for all aspects of the program forums and convening’s, event planning, preparation of correspondence and presentations, coordination of travel arrangements, calendar maintenance, website maintenance, basic accounting, budgeting and reporting.

Previous to joining the Carpe Diem West team, Renee’s tenure as Department Head of the TV and FM Translator Department and the Public Works Office Manager with Aspen/Pitkin County Government contributed to her extensive knowledge of business and operational procedures and guidance both from a governmental approach and now in the non-profit sector. She is most adept at maneuvering and executing toward organizational mission accomplishment.

Renee’s love for the outdoors fuels her concern and commitment to work on a team dedicated and entrusted to facilitating long-term solutions to the water issues facing the West today.
